College can be a revelatory and enriching experience. If the artificial cost of college recedes, it can be an experience open to as many citizens as apply. What does this mean? Ultimately, perhaps a more highly trained American infrastructure, citizens with developed critical thinking skills, and a stronger skill sit for individuals that can help build economies and revitalize communities.
